Gandharva Studio is based in Los Angeles as a Private Pilates and Bodywork Studio, and is located in the serene foothills of Silverlake, California.

 

Owned and operated by Devora-Lillian Polakoff, Gandharva specializes on the individual through private and small group sessions only.  Personal  programs are developed through individual consultation during the first session  The maintenance of these goals through a mutual commitment of techniques developed will improve ones integrity in their personal health and well being.

 

Devora employs her unique hands-on adjustment through each exercise. This adjustment encourages the physical-mental capacity for healthful change.
